What Imdaa does
Imdaa provides software that licensed recruitment offices in Kuwait use to complete employment contracts online. Two functions are provided:
Contract e-signature
The employer reviews the contract on screen and signs it electronically, with no need to visit the office for signing.
One-time passcode (OTP) by SMS
A one-time code sent to the user's phone confirms their identity at login and when signing a contract.
Each office has its own isolated copy of the platform, running under its own name and brand. An office's data is stored separately from every other office's data. Imdaa is software only. It is not a marketplace and it does not recruit or place workers itself.
SMS use
Imdaa sends SMS messages of two kinds only:
- one-time login codes, and
- contract-signing notices.
Every message is sent on behalf of the recruitment office the user is dealing with. Imdaa does not send marketing, promotional or bulk SMS. Read the full SMS use statement.
Recruitment offices on Imdaa
Imdaa is used by licensed recruitment offices in Kuwait. Each office operates its own copy of the platform and sends messages under its own sender name.
