Whose data it is
Each recruitment office using Imdaa owns the data of the people it deals with. Each office's data is stored separately from every other office's data.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on secure cloud servers run by PiX Kuwait / Imdaa.
What it is used for
Data is used only to run the service (contracts, e-signature and login codes) and to give support. It is not sold and it is not used for advertising.
Candidate ID photo
A candidate's ID photo is used once, to fill in the contract details, and is then deleted.
Requests
To ask about your data, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, email info@imdaa.app. We may pass the request to the recruitment office that holds the data.
SMS use
The SMS messages sent through Imdaa are of two kinds only:
- one-time login codes, and
- contract-signing notices.
Each message is sent on behalf of the recruitment office the user is dealing with, under that office's own sender name. Imdaa does not send marketing, promotional or bulk SMS.
